Find a space in your home that provides ease for you. Close your eyes and start with 5 mindful breaths – In 1-2-3 / Out 1-2-3. Open your eyes and flow through your home finding 3 things you no longer need, knowing that someone else will use them and maybe even love them. Don’t think too hard ab it. It’s an experiment. Put them in the bag you designated for the thrift shop and put that bag in the car.
